This lovely "family" Swift Corniche 19/4 is a rare caravan to find. It comes with the usual seating arrangement at the front plus a "U"-shaped dinette area to the rear which then converts into another large double bed if required. This enables you to eat at a good sized table or have a very useable working/office/ reading space during the day and an extra bedroom at night when the blind is pulled across separating this part of the caravan from the front.
As with all caravans sold through our brokerage, this caravan will have gone through an independent NCC Approved Workshop full service giving the new owners that "Piran Peace of Mind" when taking ownership. The front layout consists of two opposing settees with a three drawer unit between that has a pull out table which can be used for drinks or two people to eat from. There are lockers beneath the bench seats as well as the overhead lockers providing plenty of storage space. All of the windows and large Hekis skylight come with fly nets as well as blackout blinds meaning a good night’s sleep in darkness is possible.
The centre of the caravan is the kitchen area. Again this caravan is well equipped with a 3 gas and one electric hot plate hob, separate grill and oven, built in overhead microwave, large sink with chrome mixer tap and a good sized under-counter fridge freezer. You can comfortably cook for four or more adults in this kitchen, and again there are drawers and lockers for additional storage.
Heating and hot water are supplied by a Truma system with separate fire and hot water tank, both working on gas or electric. So you can go off-grid if you chose to and make use of the Truma 150W solar panel which would keep the battery charged up.
Behind the kitchen is the U-shaped dining/seating area and opposite this is a large wardrobe. Again there is more storage in the overhead lockers and small shelves for smaller items. Here there is a sideboard area for a TV which can then be viewed from either the rear lounge area or the front settees depending on how you chose to use the caravan and its unique layout.
There is a full width bathroom to the rear of the caravan and here you will find a Thetford cassette toilet, vanity sink unit and an enclosed shower cubicle. Again there is even more storage in here below the vanity sink and in a large wall mounted cupboard.
