This lovely little caravan is in excellent condition throughout having been stored inside since new and is only for sale as the owners have just upgraded to a larger caravan also purchased through our brokerage. It has had very light use and is in nigh on "as new" condtion. As with all caravans and motorhomes sold through Piran this caravan will go through an NCC Approved Workshop full service for that extra "Piran Peace of Mind!". We also offer a full handover of the caravan here onsite so you leave confident in how the caravan's controls all work as well as hitching it to your tow vehicle. For those of you who do not tow we also offer a nationwide delivery service as well as storage here in our secure compound.
Included in the sale price of this caravan are the following extras: Aqua Roll, Wastemaster and waste pipe, electric hook up cable water pump and caravan step. It also has the Truma direct water feed connection system which you can use if you are on a pitch with its own tap.
Externally this caravan has a very modern look, with black and purple graphics, alloy wheels, black front draw bar cover and runs on a galvanised Alko chassis with an Alko 3004 hitch stabiliser. By placing the external gas bottle locker to the rear of the offside of the caravan it has allowed Bailey to make excellent use of the space now afforded to it at the front of the caravan internally.
Internally this lovely caravan is much bigger than you would imagine. Two long opposing settees during the day convert into a large double bed at night. They are separated by a two drawer unit which also has a small pull out table plenty large enough to have a drink or for two people to eat from. There is also a large stand alone table "hidden" in its own cupboard should you require a larger surface to eat from. The very front large panoramic window really opens up the whole front of the caravan giving plenty of light for a very natural feel. There are two smaller windows either side of the large panoramic window as well as side windows and a Heki rooflight. All windows and rooflights have blackout blinds and fly nets so you can leave them open on a summer's night and not worry about insects getting in. There is storage beneath each settee as well as an aircraft style overhead locker above each one. Here is also a JVC stereo and speakers which enables you to listen to music where you are situated.
The kitchen in the centre of the caravan is very well equipped indeed. There is a stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a four burner gas hob, separate grill and oven, a Dometic fridge freezer and a built in eye height Russel Hobbs microwave. There is further storage above the microwave and above the sink and hob, as well as storage in a large cupboard below the sink with a pots and pans cupboard below the oven. The kitchen itself is in extremely good condition and looks like it has only had light use at the most.
The bathroom to the rear of the caravan runs the full width. In the bathroom is a Thetford electric cassette toilet, a vanity sink with a small cupbaord below, a huge bathroom mirror, a fully enclosed shower cubicle as well as two further cupboards providing you with even more storage as well as a rail for coats and hanging clothes. The heating and hot water are supplied by a Truma system and you can comfortably use this caravan twelve months of the year no matter what the weather.
Summing up; this is a perfect two berth caravan with a good deal of space, light enough to be towed by a huge selection of vehicle and in extremely good condition. It really does need to be seen to be appreciated.
