The Compass Corona 362 may be compact and bijou on the outside but it has plenty of space on the inside and has every home comfort that comes with it’s much larger counterparts. This 2 berth caravan is in great condition for the year and has only had light use. It has had one owner from new, come from a smoke free home with no pets and has obviously been well cared for and looked after.
The caravan has had a full service and damp check prior to sale 11.11.15. It is Cris registered and the caravan is complete with all the manuals and paperwork (inc full service history).
The end kitchen layout allows a spacious feeling and increases the usable living area. At the front, there is a spacious lounge area with two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system mounted under the chest of drawers which has a pull-out table (there is also a fold away dining table which has its own stowage compartment). There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats. There are 2 TV points, one on a shelf which folds out of the wall for siting a TV, the second below the lounge chest of drawers. There is a CD/radio fitted within an overhead cupboard and has fitted speakers. Above the sitting area is a Heki roof light giving a light and airy feel.
A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the rear section. The kitchen has a Spinflo 3 ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, Electrolux 3-way fridge with ice box, a large stainless steel sink with drainer. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops.
The toilet/wet room is also at the rear of the caravan, there is a Thetford cassette toilet, sink, mirror, cupboard and pull out shower.
All windows are fitted with independent blinds and fly-screens and curtains. The door is a stable door style. The Truma blown air heating, space heater and water heater are fuelled by electric or gas. There is an awning/exterior light.
The caravan has a BPW chasis with a Winterhoff hitch stabiliser, alloy wheels (alloy spare in underslung carrier) and the road tyres were new in 2014. There are 7 pin towing electrics (black and grey plugs).
Included with the sale is a Powrtouch remote controlled motor mover (factory fitted), making this a very easy caravan to site on even the trickiest of pitches or driveways.
The sale includes a full Dorema awning with matching curtains, alloy poles, pegs and a breathable groundsheet. Also included is a useful, lightweight porch-awning.
The caravan comes complete with 25m electric hook up cable, Aqua roll (with cover and mains connector kit), Waste master (with cover), 100AH leisure battery (new 2014), smoke detector, fire blanket, hitchlock, wheel clamp, rear corner steady locks, door step, fire extinguisher, a Status 315 aerial and 1 x 7kg butane gas cylinder.
