This Bailey Pegasus 534 is in good condition throughout, at first glance it is plain to see it has been well cared for and meticulously maintained. The caravan comes with a full service history; the most recent service and damp check 31.10.2015. Also complete with all the manuals and instruction booklets.
The Pegasus is made with an Alu-Tech construction which has a Bailey’s 10 year guarantee. It has a Grade III insulation thermal classification. It has a spacious layout with a fixed bed and large bathroom at the rear of the caravan, a well equipped kitchen and a pull-out double or two single beds in the lounge at the front of the caravan all on a single axle.
The bedroom can be partitioned from the rest of the caravan, for total privacy; the TV station is positioned in the partitioning wall so that a TV can be viewed from either the bedroom, or the front of the caravan. The bed has a thick luxurious mattress. There is lots of storage underneath and in the overhead aircraft style lockers. There are 2 reading lights positioned over the bed, as is a small Heki roof light.
The bathroom is situated at the rear, with an electric flush Thetford cassette toilet, shower cubicle and vanity unit with sink and mirror set to one side.
The front section of the caravan has a large lounge area. With overhead storage cupboards, storage under the seats, there is a chest of drawers with a fold out table and a collapsible table which is neatly stored in its own recess. All the drawers have ‘soft touch’ closure mechanisms. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki II panoramic roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. This caravan has an impressive 1.96m (6’ 5”) of internal headroom. The soft furnishings are a light and contemporary design. The carpets are detachable with a wood effect vinyl flooring beneath.
The well-appointed kitchen has a Thetford four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, a built in Daewoo 700w microwave oven and a Dometic 115 litre 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops with down lighting. There is a Omnivent dual action extractor fan.
The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are complete with curtains, a fly screen and a blackout blind, the stable door has a full length fly screen. The battery charger has a 20Amp output. There is a smoke detector and CO detector.
There is an inbuilt JVC CD/Radio/MP3 player, a TV station with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets. Mounted on the roof is an Oyster Vision Satellite dish to receive a satellite TV signal (there is also a directional and telescopic 530 Status aerial - digital compatible - which has been disconnected but could be reconnected if required). There is also an external vision plus aerial connection point.
There are 14" alloy wheels (a spare wheel is stowed in an Al-ko wheel carrier under the caravan), ATC trailer control system, AL-KO 3004 stabiliser, 'flush fit' awning light and an external 240v. There is a 13 pin DIN standard socket to connect to the car towing electrics. There is an external BBQ point and LED awning light.
This caravan has a factory fitted Tracker device, PIR alarm system and the windows are etched with the CRiS number. This not only gives you peace of mind that your caravan is safe but also results in much reduced insurance premiums.
Included in the sale is a full Isabella Commodore awning (3m deep) with fibre poles, ground sheet, caravan ’skirt’, curtains and a string of lights all in good condition.
There is a Powrtouch remote controlled motor mover for easily siting the caravan on even the trickiest of pitches.
The caravan comes with lots of extras: Alko hitch lock, Alko wheel lock, leisure battery, Aqua roll, 25m electric hook-up cable, propane gas cylinder (nearly full) and a portable fan heater.
