Large single axle caravans do not come much bigger than this one and the extra width just makes the whole living space so much more user friendly. Each section of the caravan is so well presented and furnished. Two large single beds and a huge bathroom all add to the appeal of this caravan. Like with all caravans sold through our brokerage this one will come with an NCC Approved Workshop full service for that extra “Piran Peace of mind”.
Also like so many of the caravans sold here, this one comes with a huge amount of equipment included in the sale price saving the owners a large amount of money as they will not have to buy the items themselves. Included in the sale price with this caravan: PowrTouch Evolution Auto motor mover, Ontario 390 porch awning (poled), Kampa Rally Pro 390 awning with annexe, breathable groundsheet, storm straps and pegs, Phantom tracker, hitchlock, wheel lock, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, waste pipe, gas bottle, hook up cable, water pump, fire extinguisher, caravan step, gas spanner, towing mirrors and an integrated water drain down system. The “U” shaped front lounge area is spacious and can easily accommodate 6+ people should you wish to entertain. There is a hand dinette table arrangement which can be used a table for 2, work station (which is what I am using it for whilst writing this), or just a place for drinks. At night this area converts into a double bed and there is plenty of overhead storage in the overhead lockers as well as under the bench seats. There is a sideboard opposite this area for a TV as well as more storage.
In the centre of the caravan is the kitchen area. This comprises of a large stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a 3 x gas and 1 x electric hob, a separate grill and oven and cupboards both above and below for plenty of storage. Opposite this is a 3-way Dometic fridge freezer and a Russel hobs built in microwave.
Behind this is the main bedroom area where there are two good sized single beds. Each bed has its own padded headboard and spotlight and shelf. As with all of the windows and skylights throughout the caravan each has a blackout blind as well as flyscreen ensuring at night the caravan is kept as dark as possible. Each of the beds has storage beneath it as well as lockers above. The bedroom area can also be separated from the front of the caravan via a full height pull out blind.
The whole rear of the caravan is taken up with a full width bathroom. There is a Thtefird electric swivel cassette toilet, vanity sink with mirror and cupboard and a large full enclosed shower cubicle. Hot water and heating is supplied by the on board Truma Combi boiler and enables you to camp off grid should you chose to do so. There is a manufacturer fitted solar panel to keep you battery topped up and in good condition as well.
The caravan runs on an Al-Ko chassis and benefits from the Al-Ko ATC system as well as stabilising hitch. The running gears and tyres are in excellent condition and the external nearside of the caravan benefits from a gas outlet as well as a 230V outlet socket.as well as a very handy compartment for the motor mover operation key.
The whole caravan is in excellent condition throughout and will make its new owners very happy. It has a full service history, comes from a smoke and pet free family and has all of the instruction booklets and manuals.
