Sold my caravan through Piran caravans; both Amber and Shannon were a pleasure to deal with through the whole process and kept me informed at every stage. The caravan needed a bit of work prior to sale and having A38 on site made this a seem-less process. Overall I would have no hesitation recommending both Piran caravans sales and A38 caravan servicing (and CaraDoc mobile servicing; also part of the family, who has serviced the caravan remotely for the past three years).

We have have just completed the sale of our caravan through Pirans Caravan Sales. This was by the far the easiest transaction I have ever done! From my first enquiry the staff at Pirans have been outstanding. They took all the stress out of selling by collecting our caravan from our storage unit, performing a service, advising of any works to be completed and then arranging with the equally fabulous A38 Caravans to get these works done. They then sold our van almost immediately taking care of all the paperwork. If you’re thinking of selling a caravan through them then I couldn’t recommended them highly enough. Back on the 21st October 2023 I bought a Sprite major 6 from Piran caravan sales and couldn't be more impressed with the level of service that I received. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, everything from enquiry to purchase seemed quick, easy and stress free. I had made a few errors on my part but they were more than helpful when they really didn't have to be, going above and beyond what I would expect from any business. Piran were absolutely fantastic when we recently purchased our caravan. We nearly got stung on a private Facebook sale which was extremely stressful. I would seriously advise not buying privately as you never know what you you might be ending up with! The team at Piran helped us understand that we were at risk and I couldn't fault their diligence and willingness to go the extra mile.

Piran Caravan Sales ensure all the caravans that are for sale are in full working order, serviced, and have no damp issues. My advise would be if you are in this area to go up and chat with the team. They are super helpful and gave us confidence in purchasing our dream caravan. It's also nice to be dealing with a family business.

What also helps is that they have a sister company that offer both onsite and mobile repairs. I feel moving forward that i wouldn't go anywhere else for servicing and advise.

Piran Caravan Sales are an absolutely 1st class company. Lovely people to deal with, honest and upfront about everything. They kept me up to date on everything and sold my caravan within two weeks. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their caravan.
A38 who carried out the independent service were also excellent and put right a couple of niggly little things at a very reasonable cost. All in all selling my caravan was a very positive experience. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Piran Caravans. Called in just to look at a caravan, very impressed with the service we got, nothing was too much trouble, I am in a wheelchair and they could not have been more helpful. Went home and discussed what we had looked at. We rang them a couple of days later and bought a Swift Elegance 480. They delivered it a few days later. We had an hour long my handover at Piran Caravan on the Saturday. The caravan was delivered to us at 8.45am on the Tuesday morning. Brilliant service all around would definitely recommend them. Piran caravan sales have sold 2 caravans for me. Excellent service. Got a good price for them but they did all the work. Completely stress free . I received my money quickly once they found a buyer.
